Construction of a new premise for Newline in Tauriko, Tauranga. 

The civil design for this build included site retaining walls, pavements for heavy vehicles, stormwater and wastewater reticulation. The structural design included a large warehouse area utilising Steltech welded steel portal frames, as well as a 2-storey office area and exhibition space. Challenges presented by this build included the large open plan exhibition and office areas, with significant openings and cantilever decks. This building won a Merit Award at the 2023 Property Industry Awards.
