Commercial build in Mount Maunganui. 

This is an office/retail building on Mount Maunganui’s main street, with exposed steel frames and Rib & Infill concrete first floor. Challenges presented through this design included underpinning existing building foundations on the boundary and tying into the existing building structure. This design also included a stormwater ponding area designed to mitigate the flood risks on site.
